Welcome to Popcorn Army. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Popcorn Army game and related services (“the Service”). By playing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You agree not to:
Choose a display tag you'd be comfortable showing to a stranger. We reserve the right to change or remove tags that violate these Terms.
When the game is played on the CrazyGames platform, CrazyGames may show ads (including rewarded ads that grant a temporary in-game bonus on completion). Ad delivery and ad content are handled by CrazyGames and their partners under their own policies.
The Service, including the code, art, audio, gameplay design, and brand, is owned by Popcorn Army's developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the Service for non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you submit content to the Service (for example, your display tag), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display that content as necessary to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant that licence.
If you send us feedback or bug reports, you agree we may use that feedback to improve the Service without obligation to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may delete your account by emailing support@popcorn-army.example. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access would harm the Service or other players. On termination, the licences granted to you under these Terms end, but sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, governing law) will continue.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS, BUGS, OR LOST PROGRESS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL POPCORN ARMY OR ITS DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO US$50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on warranties or liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Popcorn Army and its developer from any claim or demand made by a third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced in-game before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
